Dear resident,
Due to popular demand, please find attached the poster detailing 6 weeks worth of Female only Self Defence classes. The sessions will take place on the following dates: 19th September 2026 3rd October 2026 10th October 2026 17th October 2026 24th October 2026 31st October 2026 These sessions will take place at 10am-11am at Ashlands Community Centre, Port Tennant.
Due to the success of the workshop that took place earlier this year we hope that these further sessions will give residents the chance to get involved. Advice and support will also be available from services throughout the 6 weeks!
The fantastic TOTAL SELF PROTECTION will be taking the sessions and guiding participants to help improve Self Defence skills.
